Bio

CJ Shepard is in his second year as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Performance Coach.

Shepard graduated from Illinois State University in 2023 with a degree in Exercise Science.  While at ISU, he was an intern for the school’s Athletic Performance department and worked as a personal trainer.  Additionally, he worked as a manager for the men’s basketball team for the 2020-2021 season.

In the spring of 2023, Shepard also interned with Marquette University’s Sports Performance department.

Shepard is currently working on his Master’s of Sport Management degree at William Penn.
