--Diagnosis and Treatment for minor illness or injuries
--Routine Healthcare

--Students
--Staff
--Faculty
--Immediate family of Students/Faculty/Staff

Please bring ID and valid insurance card. We accept most insurance providers.

** Billing for clinic services is the same as utilizing Mahaska Health Hospital walk in clinic or emergency department
