
Ron Randleman Fitness Center
Built in 1995, the Ron Randleman Fitness Center is the main athletic performance facility for William Penn's athletic teams.
The facility, which has been remodeled several times, houses numerous lifting machines and also features a turfed area.
In addition to 10 lifting racks, the facility also includes the following: difference pads, iron neck, dumb bells, kettle bells, stability balls, plyo boxes, sleds and battle ropes, slide boards, and bands.
Some of the other technology advancements to be added over the past few years include: Teambuildr, Train with PUSH, Brower Timing System, Just Just mats, and JAWKU. A protein refueling station is also available for student-athletes for a small fee.
