Bio

Kaleb Preston is in his first year as Head Women’s Soccer Coach.

Preston comes to WPU after serving two seasons as an assistant coach at IU Kokomo.  While on the staff, he helped lead the Cougars to back-to-back River States Conference regular season and tournament crowns.

IUK owned a 27-7-8 record (16-1-3 RSC) during Preston’s tenure and qualified for the NAIA National Championship Opening Round twice.  He coached 15 individuals to all-conference awards, while one player earned All-America status.  An additional 18 Cougars garnered either RSC Scholar-Athlete or NAIA Scholar-Athlete recognition.

Prior to his time at IU Kokomo, Preston was a staff coach and assistant camp director at FC Athletico in North Carolina.

A 2019 graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Business Administration, Preston played on the University’s club team, while also coaching the U13 and U14 Delaware County Futbol Club squads.

Preston, who holds a US Soccer National D License, earned his Master’s of Coaching and Exercise Science degree at Concordia University Irvine in 2020.
