Bio

Macy Alexander, MAT, LAT, ATC, is in her first year as an assistant in the Sports Medicine department, working with cross country, track and field, and women's wrestling. 

Alexander is a 2023 graduate of Mount Mercy University with a degree in Exercise Science.  While at MMU, she played softball.

Prior to her time at Mount Mercy, Alexander attended North Iowa Area Community College, where she also competed in softball.

Alexander earned her Master’s of Athletic Training from the University of Northern Iowa in 2026.  At UNI, she was Co-Vice President of the school’s Student Athletic Training Organization.

Alexander has clinical experience with volleyball, football, and track and field at both UNI and at area high schools.  Additionally, she worked with the Waterloo Blackhawks of the USHL.
