Radliff Collects Third-Team All-America Laurel to End Career

Oskaloosa--Caitlin Radliff (Sr., Belleville, Ill., Software Engineering) closed out a great career by being was named one of the best women's bowler in the nation as the NAIA released its All-America teams Thursday.

Radliff was named to the five-person Third Team, while five individuals were chosen for both the First and Second squads as well.

The senior, who is first-time All-American, is the fourth in program history.  WPU has now had All-Americans in back-to-back campaigns for the first time ever.

The senior helped William Penn to an appearance at this week's NAIA National Championship where it tied for fifth with a 1-2 record.

She averaged 198.3 pins this year over 40 games (7,932 total pins).  Her high of 288 came at the USBC Singles Sectionals on March 7.

Radliff posted two top-10 finishes and was in the top 25 on two other occasions.

For her career, Radliff averaged 188.6 pins per game (ranks third all-time) with 34,699 pins in 184 games.

Brooke Salzman of Mount Mercy was chosen as NAIA Player of the Year, while Katarina Hagler of Pikeville (Ky.) was named Rookie of the Year.  Andy Diercks (Mount Mercy) earned NAIA Coach of the Year laurels.
