Staff
Levi Manor is in his second year as Director of Athletic Performance.
Manor comes to WPU from Northern Michigan Sports Medicine Center where for nearly three years he served as Director of Strength and Conditioning at Petoskey High School.
A 2019 graduate of Upper Iowa University with a degree in Exercise Science, Manor also earned his Master’s of Sport Administration from UIU in 2021. Whie at Upper Iowa, he was a graduate assistant coach for two years and an intern for one semester as well.
Manor was the assistant track and field coach in charge of sprints at Petoskey HS as well, leading members to numerous school records, All-State finishes, and national qualifications.
Manor is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Brendan Allen is in his first year as an Athletic Performance Graduate Assistant at William Penn University.
Allen is a 2025 graduate of the University of Saint Francis (Ind.) with a degree in Exercise Science. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of the USF baseball program. He began his collegiate playing career at Sauk Valley Community College.
Allen spent two years interning as a strength and conditioning coach at Parkview Sports Medicine in Fort Wayne, Ind., assisting athletes in improving performance through specialized training programs. He also served on the executive board of the Kinesiology and Nutrition Club at Saint Francis.
Allen earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification in 2025.
Allen is currently working on his Master’s in Sports Management degree at William Penn.
Cade Flaugh is in his first year as an Athletic Performance Graduate Assistant at William Penn University.
Flaugh is a 2025 graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in Exercise Science. While at Iowa, he interned with the football program.
Prior to his time at Iowa, Flaugh attended Ellsworth Community College where he played football.
He has also interned with Premiere Athlete Training in Ames, Iowa, working with athletes from all sports with various ages and skill levels.
Flaugh is currently working on his Master’s in Sports Management degree at William Penn.
